We’re seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to support the drive & delivery of Integration. To help managing complex change, shaping strategic outcomes, and inspiring a culture of continuous improvement.
The post holder should have experience within senior positions leading integration systems across diverse disciplines such as healthcare, finance, design, and digital, as well as providing strategic advise.
The post holder drives transformational change, fosters stakeholder engagement, and champions a strong project management culture in collaboration with the PMO. With a focus on future-proofing and risk management, they also deputise for the Director, ensuring continuity and leadership at every level

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.
Staff recruited from outside the NHS will usually be appointed at the bottom of the pay band.
