Summary
Disrepair Lead needed in Enfield
The rate is £30.00ph PAYE
This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will need experience in managing a caseload of housing disrepair cases and a proven record of accomplishment of handling a housing disrepair caseload. They will carry out such duties as the line manager may request, from time to time reasonable requirements and will consistently measure, monitor and review KPI’s of planned disrepair cases, co-ordinate repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and quality standards and work with legal team and insurance department.
