Then you might be just who we’re looking for!About the RoleHMP Grampian Prison Visitor Support ServiceVisiting Support Services are often the first point of contact for families and loved ones visiting someone in prison. It’s a space where people arrive with nerves, questions, emotions and our team is there to greet them with a smile, a cuppa, and a calm, friendly presence.You’ll be supporting visitors before and after their visit, answering questions, offering reassurance, signposting to further support, and helping create a safe, welcoming environment.This is a flexible, people-focused role that might suit you if you’re looking to:Work around other life commitmentsBreak up your day with meaningful, short shiftsBe part of a supportive team without needing to commit to full-time hoursWe’re not necessarily recruiting for one full-time person, instead, we’re building a pool of brilliant people who can cover visiting times throughout the week.
