Telesales & Office Administrator – Glenrothes
£12.40 per hour – 25 to 35 hours per week (flexible to suit your commitments)
Monday to Friday, between 09:00–17:00
Office-based – No hybrid working
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Telesales & Office Administrator to join our warm, welcoming team in Glenrothes. You’ll be working with two of our busy branches (based in Glenrothes), helping to grow our business and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing:
Calling prospective clients to introduce our services and book face-to-face appointments
Building rapport and leaving a positive impression with every conversation
Data cleansing – making sure our client information is accurate and up to date
General office administration to support the wider team
