Summary

Pinnacle Group is looking to recruit an experienced Part-timeOffice Cleaner to join the B2B Cleaning Team at our client’s manufacturer site of building materials and construction systems based in Queensferry, Deeside – CH5.

Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all staff members and visitors. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.

This is a Part-Time Permanent role, 12.5 hours per week – working Monday to Friday, 4.30pm – 7pm * Transport advantage due to the location of the site

The Role – Office Cleaner

Key Responsibilities will include:

To handle the overall day-to-day management of the cleaning operation on-site in a safe, efficient and professional manner, covering all aspects.

  • Cleaning tasks includingdamp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming
  • Cleaning toilet facilities &washrooms
  • Cleaning offices, meeting rooms and production areas
  • Cleaning of the staff kitchens and dining areas
  • Use cleaning materials in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
  • Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.

Key requirements will include:

  • Good knowledge , experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
  • Knowledge of COSHH, Chemicals, Coloured cloths and risk assessments.
  • Experience with a buffer machine/scrubber dryer is an advantage
  • Experience with working to tight schedules.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
  • Own transport would be an advantage due to the location of the site
