Summary
At Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, our team is at the heart of everything we do – and Kokoro, our colleague restaurant, is where we come together. We’re looking for a Staff Restaurant Attendant who will help us create a welcoming, nourishing space for our team to relax, recharge, and connect.
In this role, you’ll support the preparation and service of food and beverages, and take pride in keeping the space clean, safe, and well cared for.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing, presenting, and serving food in Kokoro to the highest Nobu standards, with attention to detail and care.
- Ensuring the staff restaurant is always welcoming, well-set, and running smoothly.
- Supporting a safe and hygienic environment by following best practices in food storage, handling, and cleaning.
- Receiving food deliveries and storing items correctly for freshness and quality.
- Looking after restaurant equipment and reporting any faults so everything is always in good working order.
- Providing consistent, efficient service that makes colleagues feel looked after.
- Staying up to date with the daily menus, including allergy and dietary requirements.

Someone who enjoys working with food, takes pride in great service, and understands the importance of creating a positive environment for others. You’ll bring a friendly, reliable attitude and be happy working as part of a close-knit team. The schedule is working 4on and 4 off.
