Summary
Clinical To be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementing and evaluations of Midwifery care for mothers and babies. To provide support and care for the woman/baby and her family respecting their need for privacy and dignity. Management Contribute to quality improvement. Led others in the development of knowledge, ideas and work practice. Professional Development Undertake Midwifery care consistent with evidence-based practice, transferring and applying knowledge and skills to meet womans/families needs. Prioritise and participate in developing care pathways to reflect womens health and well-being related to needs following risk assessment Contribute to the development of a positive learning environment. Child Protection All employees have a duty and a responsibility to protect and safeguard children. Have an awareness of the child protection procedures and who to contact.
