Summary
To be responsible and professionally accountable for the assessment of care needs; the development of personalised plans of care, implementation and evaluation of care without supervision. Ensure the service promotes the early recognition, treatment and management of patients, who maybe deteriorating , or who may have sepsis. To act in a manner to give assurance that red flag sepsis alerts are responded to appropriately . Participate in developing and delivering ward based training Trust wide in the early recognition, the management of sepsis and the deteriorating patient.
