Summary
Provide routine and same-day consultations for acute and chronic health issues conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations perform home visits where appropriate - very rare at the practice maintain accurate and timely clinical records using EMIS participate in clinical audit, QOF and practice-led quality improvement initiatives work as part of the wider multidisciplinary team Support the management of long-term conditions, medication review and preventative care manage patient correspondence, pathology results and referrals Contribute to duty doctor and on call rota
