About the Role
We are looking for a committed and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. You will be working with adults with learning disabilities, helping them to live independently while providing the care and support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household duties.
• Encourage participation in community, recreational, and social activities.
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding standards are upheld.
Requirements:
• Experience in care or support work (preferred but not essential).
• Compassionate, patient, and motivated to make a difference.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
