This is a busy and varied role at the heart of our central marketing team. You'll be the voice of social and digital for the business, shaping our strategy and getting our brilliant books into the hands of more readers. We need someone who can hit the ground running, working at the helm of our social and digital strategy, covering everything from paid media to organic growth.
What you'll be doing:
Developing and implementing growth strategies for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, as well as for our newsletters and website.
Leading the planning and execution of paid social campaigns, working to drive a strong return on investment.
Meeting with authors and internal teams to plan exciting campaign content.
Getting out of the office for author filming days and to capture content.
Overseeing the organic social calendar and working with the Social Media Manager to drive reach and engagement.
Managing campaign budgets and reporting on performance to key stakeholders.
What we're looking for:

Proven experience in a similar strategic role, with a track record of success.
Strong experience across both paid and organic social media, including planning, briefing, optimisation, and in-house campaign building.
A great eye for video and content production.
The ability to manage budgets and analyse data to improve future campaigns.
Experience in a management role.
Excellent relationship-building skills, as you'll be working with everyone from authors and agents to internal sales and editorial teams.
