Reporting directly to the Cleaning Supervisor, the purpose of this role is to provide and deliver best-value, high-quality carpet cleaning.
We are seeking a dedicated Carpet Cleaning Specialist to join our professional cleaning team. This role focuses primarily on specialised carpet and upholstery cleaning, with additional general cleaning responsibilities.
You will maintain high standards of cleanliness across commercial premises while delivering exceptional customer service. Duties must be completed in line with BICSc standards and site specifications as required in the cleaning schedules.
The Role
Working in the cleaning team, ensure that all standards of customer satisfaction are met or exceeded.
Ensure all areas are cleaned in accordance with site-specific cleaning schedules
Undertake general and specialist cleaning tasks as required, including carpet and floor cleaning using both machines and manual techniques
Wear and maintain the company uniform/workwear provided
Demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality, following company procedures for absence, sickness, and holidays
Consistently meet company expectations in relation to conduct, professionalism, and performance
Ensure all cleaning equipment is cleaned, maintained, and safely stored in working order after use
Carry out evening deep cleaning duties to the required standard as directed by the line manager

Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Flexible approach to varying work demands
Team orientated
Presentable appearance
Previous cleaning experience preferred
BICSc qualifications beneficial - although full training will be provided, candidate must be willing to develop skills and acquire BICSc qualifications
