About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Yorkshire & the Humber. You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible, providing care and encouragement in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
• Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meals, and household duties.
• Support residents to engage in social, recreational, and community activities.
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding policies.
Requirements:
• Experience in a care or support role (desirable but not essential).
• A caring and patient nature with good communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work across different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
