Summary
Your new company:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Manager to provide care to a range of service users and support them with their needs. The service is based in Llandeilo, providing 24/7 care to service users. This could include those with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviour. Their service users are typically very active and enjoy getting out into the community for activities such as bowling, the cinema and singing and dancing.
Your new role:
In your role as Registered Manager, you will be providing support to a range of ages and personalities, promoting their individuality, and enabling them to live in-line with their support plans. As part of this role, you will be involved in social, educational, and work activities to help promote the service users' social, emotional, cultural, and physical well-being. You will be responsible for developing culture, providing advice and guidance to staff and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will be working Monday to Friday 9-5, but there may be a requirement to cover outside these hours.
What you'll need to succeed:
To succeed as a Registered, you will need QCF Level 5 in health and social care or working towards. You will also require experience of management within the social care sector and knowledge of regulations to lead a residential service.
