Summary
Reactive Maintenance Company providing reactive and planned maintenance works for numerous large Supermarkets and other commercial buildings.
40 hours per week + overtime
Various – start and end times variable depending on location of works
2 positions available
Job Description -
• Assist in carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks on building systems and equipment.
• Support engineers in reactive maintenance works, diagnosing faults, feeding back to Project Managers in a timely fashion and undertaking repairs to minimise downtime and disruption for our clients.
• Undertake general building fabric maintenance, including joinery, painting, and repairs.
• Shadow senior engineers to learn safe and effective working practices in a live commercial environment.
• Record maintenance activities accurately and update as required.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and organised condition.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Engage in structured learning and development, including formal training and on-the-job mentoring.
• Assist in plumbing repairs.
• Assist our electrician and apprentice in electrical repairs.
