About the Role
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Support Worker to join our residential service in Warwick, supporting adults with learning disabilities. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference and committed to promoting independence, dignity, and choice for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.
• Support residents in engaging with community and recreational activities.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents at all times.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding policies.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in care or support work (desirable but not essential).
• Compassionate, patient, and motivated to support vulnerable adults.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work 15-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends.
