As a Porter & Mail Room Operative, you will be responsible for delivering safe, compliant, and timely mail and porterage services, while providing a first-class customer experience to a high-profile site and VIPs.

Our Porters are vital to the smooth running of site operations, helping to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and service at all times.

The Role

Deliver supplier services on time and to agreed standards, scope, and contracts

Receive, sort, and distribute post, parcels, and courier items

Load and unload vehicles in coordination with supply partners and courier drivers

Support team operations and contribute to a positive working environment

Maintain site cleanliness and hygiene in line with company and statutory standards

Represent ISS professionally, with a focus on client satisfaction

Assist with ad-hoc requests, including cleaning and post services
