Summary
Position: Production Operatives
Location: Buckie
Shifts: Day Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) or Back Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour, with overtime paid at x1.5 after 40 hours.

We are a multi-site business producing a range of the finest Scottish salmon and seafood products, which we supply to retailers in the UK and globally.
Due to the business's continued growth, we now wish to recruit Production Operatives to enhance our production teams and provide support in achieving sales demand and maintaining product specifications.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people with a passion for high-quality work. We value flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence. Experience in food production is helpful, but not required – we offer comprehensive training.
About the Role
As a Production Operative, your duties will involve slicing, cutting, packing, and dispatching our seafood products, while also contributing to adding value to them.
Successful applicants will be expected to meet the physical demands of the role, which entail a substantial element of manual handling & dexterity. They will be required to be hardworking and cooperative in their attitude, and take pride in ensuring the highest product quality.
