About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our residential service in Warwick, supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will play a key role in helping residents live meaningful and independent lives in a safe, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver person-centred support to residents in line with their care plans.
• Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and promoting independence.
• Support residents to engage in social, recreational, and community activities.
• Monitor wellbeing and ensure safeguarding practices are always upheld.
• Keep accurate records and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
• Experience in care or support roles (preferred, but not essential).
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to empowering others.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across shifts including evenings and weekends.
