What you’ll be doing
Acting as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries via phone and email
Supporting account management by maintaining accurate customer records
Preparing sales reports and analysing data to support strategic decisions
Managing the sales inbox, schedules, and documentation to ensure smooth operations
Collaborating with marketing on campaigns, events, and webinars
Representing AbilityNet at conferences and sales events

Confidence using CRM systems (e.g. NetSuite) and Excel for reporting
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
