Summary

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week based on a 4 on and 4 off rota basisInterview Date: To be confirmed Additional Salary information: 10% night works allowanceGeorge Williams House is an Ofsted registered accommodation unit for 9 families and 6 young people. Our aim is to support families and young people by providing a settled period of accommodation during which time staff can help them to develop their capacity, self-esteem and life skills to enable them to live independently in the community. As Night Concierge you will be working through the night, responsible for managing a front office environment including dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, engaging with clients, staff and external visitors and have good communication skills. You will be required to carry out and complete some administration duties and carry out regular patrols of the building. The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:Managing front office environment including dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, engaging with clients, staff and external visitors and other activities associated with managing front office.Experience of working with vulnerable clients in a supportive setting.Meeting the needs of the service users in a person-centred approach.Ensuring full building security and housing management throughout the night.
