We’re looking for a Grants Officer to join our Community and Social Infrastructure Team. This is your chance to help shape how funding supports positive outcomes for Brent residents.

What you’ll do:
• Lead the assessment, evaluation and management of grant applications
• Ensure grants align with the Borough Plan, deliver value for money and improve local lives
• Work with Corporate Communications and Community Engagement teams to boost participation
• Support community meetings and events, with occasional evening or weekend work

We’re looking for someone with:
• Strong communication and people skills, with confidence in community-facing roles
• A proactive, flexible and solution-focused approach
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work collaboratively
• Experience in grants management, community engagement, or public sector project delivery (desirable)
