Salary range: £33,912 - £35,982 pro rata, per annum inc. London weighting

We’re looking for a proactive Business Support Officer to join our well-established SEND Outreach Service. You will provide administrative support to specialist teams and act as the first point of contact for colleagues, families and external partners, helping us deliver high-quality services.

What you’ll do:
• Act as first point of contact for internal and external enquiries
• Take accurate minutes at meetings and circulate to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain systems, records and folders
• Manage email, post and telephone queries in a professional and timely manner
• Support key business processes across the service

We’re looking for someone with:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work on your own initiative
• Good IT skills and confident using multiple systems at the same time
• Minute-taking experience (desirable)
