We’ve got something for everyone — whether you’re looking for a full-time, 6-month adventure, a 20-hour permanent role, or a short-term seasonal gig. All roles are as a Conference & Hospitality Assistant, and all involve working in the heart of London with a supportive, friendly team.
What You’ll Do:
No two days are the same! You’ll be part of our Service Delivery Team, making sure every event, meeting, and conference runs smoothly by:
• Setting up and organising event rooms & AV equipment
• Preparing, serving, and clearing refreshments
• Welcoming and supporting guests
• Keeping rooms spotless and guest-ready
• Delivering outstanding customer service with a smile
Who We’re Looking For:
• Full-time & permanent applicants: At least 1 years’ experience in conference or hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, and a love of teamwork.
• Seasonal applicants: Enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to learn — hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• All roles need good communication skills, comfort with practical tasks and punctuality. You’ll need to be flexible to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekend shifts (rotas provided).
Details:
• Full-Time, 6-Month Fixed Term: 35 hours/week, £28,879 p.a. from late September.
• Part-Time Permanent: 20 hours/week, £28,879 p.a. pro rata (£16,502), start in September.
• Seasonal: 8 hours/week (flexible) late September–end November, £15.87 per hour, with possible overtime- perfect for students, with the likelihood of a further contract from April to July.
