We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Executive Assistant to join our Executive Support Team at Brent’s award-winning Civic Centre – right next to Wembley Stadium and just minutes from central London.

What you'll do:
You’ll provide high-level support to two Directors within the Children, Young People and Community Development Department. From managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings to handling correspondence and ensuring smooth logistics, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping drive initiatives that make a difference to children, young people, and communities in Brent.

We're looking for someone with:
• Proven experience supporting senior managers in a large/complex organisation
• Strong diary and meeting management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Confidence building relationships with colleagues and partners
• A proactive, highly organised and adaptable approach

Experience working in local government or supporting elected members would be an advantage.
