With the ongoing development of the Oracle Cloud Support team, we are seeking an Oracle Analyst to optimise business systems, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate user experience.
What you'll do:
• Provide support and guidance to Oracle Fusion end users
• Work with teams across the council to optimise business systems
• Manage data administration, resolve technical issues and improve user experience
• Contribute to strategic projects and support service transformation
We're looking for someone with:
• Practical experience with Oracle Fusion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently
