Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Handle cash and process payments accurately while maintaining basic math skills.
Requirements
Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles.
Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
Basic culinary skills or kitchen experience would be advantageous.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
