We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Warwick, supporting adults with learning disabilities in a residential care setting.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about social care and helping others achieve independence, confidence, and dignity in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver person-centred care including personal hygiene, meals, and medication
• Promote independence and support individuals in social and recreational activities
• Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Maintain accurate care records and follow established care plans
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all residents
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in care or support work (preferred, but not essential)
• Kind, empathetic, and respectful approach
• Reliable with strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexible and available to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Legally eligible to work in the UK
