About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our friendly and fast-paced HR team. Reporting to the HR Team Leader, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in HR.
In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the Group, ensuring safer recruitment processes are completed accurately and efficiently. You’ll also gain valuable exposure to a wide range of HR functions, including:
• Supporting first-stage sickness absence review meetings
• Attending formal meetings and taking accurate notes
• Advising on basic HR policies and procedures
• Assisting with onboarding and induction processes
• Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Schedule
This role is a full-time position based at Redcar & Cleveland College, with some travel between Group sites.
Monday to Friday (start and finish times can be discussed)
