Summary
This position is being advertised by Swift Temps Ltd, trading as an Employment Agency.
We are seeking 1 x Food Production Operatives to join our busy client in Shawbury, working on a long term, temporary leading to permanent contract through Swift Temps Ltd . The working hours for this position are :
7:00am to 15:00 ( 3pm) Monday to Friday
Pay: £12.50ph , paid weekly
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the food production process, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient operation.
Unloading cooked items and loading ingredients
Lifting and loading bags and raw materials
Adhere to guidelines to maintain food safety standards.
Conduct regular product inspections
Packing and labelling produced food
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
Follow all health and safety regulations within the food production environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in food production is essential
Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety regulations is preferred.
Basic maths skills for accurate record keeping
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
