Shifts: Days & Tramping – Monday through Sunday
Are you an experienced HGV Class 1 driver who knows curtain siders inside out? Do you enjoy hitting the open road, a reliable schedule, and a role where your skills truly matter? If so, we want you on our team!
We’re recruiting for an established client in Burton-on-Trent, DE14, and there’s plenty of work available – whether you prefer day shifts or tramping. You’ll be driving curtain-sided vehicles delivering to a mix of businesses, retail stores, and construction sites. Simple in concept, but we love drivers who bring professionalism, punctuality, and can confidently reverse into a tight bay like a pro.
What’s on Offer:
Day Work Rates:
Ltd/Umbrella: £19.50–£23.50 per hour
PAYE: £15.50–£19.00 per hour
We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years’ recent Class 1 experience – no beginners, please.
Clean licence preferred (up to 6 points accepted; no major endorsements).
Professional, reliable, and a good sense of humour – because let’s face it, the M1 can be tricky.
Extras:
PAYE or Ltd drivers welcome – choose the setup that suits you.
Flexible shifts – full-time, part-time, or pick-up work as needed.
