Summary
To work under the direction of the Lead Teacher and education team, supporting the delivery of accredited education programmes (Functional Skills, vocational qualifications, ASDAN). The Teaching Assistant will provide 1:1 and small group support for learners aged 16–17, many of whom may have experienced trauma, SEMH needs, or barriers to education.
