Senior Administrator (Part-Time)
Progressive Independence is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to provide HR and training support across the organisation. The role involves administering recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and staff absence records, while ensuring compliance with policies, GDPR, and safer recruitment standards. Working closely with Directors and Managers, the postholder will support with employee relations, probation reviews, and staff development. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate HR records, liaising with finance, coordinating training, and supporting tender processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, knowledge of HR practice, and the ability to work independently while supporting high standards of care delivery.
