Summary
To provide compassionate, consistent, and person-centred care to children and young people with emotional, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental needs. Support Workers/HCAs play a vital role in promoting enablement, independence, safety, and wellbeing through daily routines, therapeutic engagement, and safeguarding awareness. The role focuses on empowering CYP to build life skills, make choices, and participate meaningfully in their communities, while maintaining a trauma-informed and inclusive environment.
