Key Account Manager – Automotive

What awaits you:

Ownership of OEM & Tier 1 Customers including management and co-ordination of sales accounts
Building strategic relationships with customers at all levels, to enable identification of growth opportunities
Holding monthly sales account meetings with cross functional teams to discuss status and opportunities
Creation of analysis based on Customer Account data as volume and price development, product mix development and portfolio development
Management of Customer Claims, customers purchase order and preparation of sales quotations
Working closely with the Customer Service Manager and Supply Chain Manager to ensure achieving delivery OTIF in accordance with customer schedules
Manage customer facing team and collaborate with Technical Service Engineers and Customer Service Representatives
Project Management and new product introduction, bringing together various parts of the supply chain to achieve successful SOP
Identify & implement new methodologies to improve customer service
How you convince us:

You bring at least 3 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in the automotive or metal industry
You bring strong technical knowledge which you successfully applied in your previous role
You have excellent communication and relationship management skills
You have strong analytical skills and know how to analyze, interpret and visualize data
You are very familiar with MS Office; knowledge in SAP and Power BI is desired
You have experience in project management, process optimization and digitalization of processes
You are willing to travel within Europe occasionally
