We’re seeking a permanent Mobile Street Cleansing Operative to join our dedicated team serving a variety of urban and rural locations across the Harrogate area.

The Role
As part of our Waste and Street Scene team, you will be:
Driving up to a 3.5-ton vehicle
Litter picking and emptying of litter and dog waste bins
Contributing to delivering a high standard of service to residents, with a strong focus on customer care
We can offer you a standard working pattern of 6am to 4pm over a 4-day working week, some shifts include weekend working.
Optional overtime is available on an ad hoc basis.

Have an enthusiastic and committed approach to street cleansing work
Be capable of working independently and using own initiative
Hold a strong understanding of the importance of customer care
Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and out-of-hours when needed
