Summary
Are you reliable, hardworking, and take pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment? We’re looking for two dedicated Cleaners to join our team to help us keep a local nursery sparkling clean and welcoming for the children, staff, and families.
About the Role:
As a Nursery Cleaner, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the hygiene and cleanliness of the nursery setting is maintained to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include:
Cleaning and sanitising play areas, toilets, kitchen, and staff rooms
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and emptying bins
Following cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures
Ensuring all cleaning products are used and stored safely
What We’re Looking For:
Previous cleaning experience essential
A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
An understanding of hygiene standards, especially in childcare settings would be an advantage
Ability to work independently and take initiative
A friendly and professional attitude
A DBS check will be required, as this role is based in a setting with young children. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment.
