Summary

Job Description

To assist in the provision of an efficient, effective and flexible administrative support by working as part of the Business Support Team.

To provide a customer focused service as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers.

To provide business support services of a standard that demonstrates a high level of initiative, judgement, confidentiality and responsibility.

To provide a critical support to a statutory Service which includes collation of service KPI’s, co-ordination of MAPPA Core Groups, research/updates for environmental risk assessments with very tight deadlines. Co-ordination of Core Groups for high tariff cases. Aggregate returns to determine sustainability and funding.

Although staff may initially be allocated in a Service area, they can be moved to suit Service need.
