Summary
The post holder will oversee the daily operations and management of either our Outpatient Booking Team or Contact Centre , ensuring staff levels are consistently aligned with service demands and that patients receive a high-quality and efficient service. Additionally, the post holder will be accountable for the delivery of KPIs associated with the Outpatient services, while effectively leading their team.
