Details of the Sales Administrator vacancy:

    • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE
    • Hybrid - Tuesday to Thursday in the office, Monday & Friday working from home
    • 8.30AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday (early finish at 2pm on 2 Fridays out of 3)
    • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

    What you will be doing as the next Sales Administrator?

    • Answering calls and processing orders.

      • Coordinating deliveries with a third-party logistics provider.
      • Investigating and resolving any delivery issues.
      • Producing daily sales reports.
      • Supporting the sales team with their administration.

      Skills and experience required for the Sales Administrator role:

      You must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in office-based customer service involving order processing/ sales administration.
