• Previous experience in a vehicle paint shop or prep role (or a keen attitude to learn and develop)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliability and a positive approach to teamwork and independent tasks
• Ability to work full-time and be based locally in Oxfordshire
What will your role look like?
• Prepare vehicles for paintwork, including masking, sanding, priming, and polishing
• Apply paint finishes to a high standard using modern refinishing materials and techniques
• Ensure all work is completed within deadlines and to the required quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with the team to meet customer expectations and company goals
