Summary
Grade UE04: £26,093 to £28,778 per annum (plus 15% Premium Band for flexible working)
Accommodation, Catering and Events (ACE) / The Scott, The Scholar and KM Hotels
Full-time: 35 hours per week, 5 over 7 days including weekends
Fixed-term: 9 months

Join ACE Hotels as our Junior Sous Chef on a maternity cover contract, supporting the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences across our kitchens. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity in a vibrant hotel environment, where creativity meets precision and teamwork drives excellence.
Your skills and attributes for success:
Relevant experience in a fresh food kitchen.
Passionate about modern food trends and cooking techniques.
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu creation and development.
Understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
Be passionate about what you do, be an ambassador for the hotel.
