Summary
The post holder will: Effectively manage a defined caseload as fulfilling your responsibilities as allocated clinician Adhere to safeguarding policies, procedures and guidelines Undertake Choice assessments and deliver planned treatment through partnership work, using a range of evidence based approaches to care Maintain contemporaneous records, upholding confidentiality at all times in compliance with Trust guidelines, and those of the appropriate professional body Utilise the appropriate frameworks to identify, refer, monitor and support children in need, working in partnership with external agencies Provide highly specialised advice/clinical guidance concerning best practice to colleagues or external agencies where necessary Liaise and work in partnership with colleagues from statutory and voluntary agencies including schools, early help providers, stronger families, childrens social care, other Trust staff/services and acute agencies, children and families Contribute to own clinical supervision sessions and provide supervision and support junior staff with aspects of clinical practice For full details of the duties and criteria for the role please refer to the job description and person specification attached.
