What will you be responsible for:

Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Assisting students with their learning needs, both individually and in small groups. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Contributing to the overall smooth running of the classroom.

Specifically the activities will be:

Preparing learning materials, assisting with classroom management, providing individualised support to students with learning difficulties, supervising students during breaks and other activities, participating in school events.

Experience

What requirements are we looking for?

Experience working with children is preferred, but not essential. A passion for education and a genuine desire to support student learning are key requirements.

Requirements/Skills

What requirements are we looking for?

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. Strong organisational and time management skills. Relevant qualifications or experience in education would be advantageous.

Level of study

What requirements are we looking for?

A relevant qualification in education or a willingness to undertake further training is desirable. Experience working with children is beneficial.
