If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Russian/Ukrainian-speaking Tutor – The Role
An experienced female Russian or Ukrainian-speaking tutor is required to deliver home-based tuition to a student with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). This is a part-time temporary role working Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering bespoke, engaging sessions that are tailored to the student’s needs, interests and abilities. Prior experience working with children with PMLD or severe learning needs is essential, and a compassionate, adaptable approach is key.
Russian/Ukrainian-speaking Tutor – The Setting
The role is based in the student’s home in Dagenham with the parent present. The student requires a tutor who can build trust and rapport, communicate effectively with the family, and deliver consistent, high-quality learning opportunities in line with the child’s EHCP and developmental stage. This position would suit someone with a background in SEND education or home tuition, who is fluent in Russian or Ukrainian and can support both academic and communication development in the student’s native language.
