Who we need

Join Our Award-Winning Accident Repair Training Team

We’re looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Curriculum Manager to lead our specialist accident repair training provision. Working with some of the UK’s biggest names in the sector, you’ll shape and deliver bespoke apprenticeship programmes from Level 2 to Level 4 across both technical and non-technical disciplines.

You’ll inspire and manage a talented team of trainers, assessors, and workshop technicians, driving exceptional teaching, learning, and assessment standards. From designing curriculum delivery to overseeing End Point Assessments, you’ll ensure every apprentice has an outstanding learning journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Leading and developing a high-performing, multi-disciplinary training team.

· Planning, implementing, and monitoring curriculum delivery for timely, high-quality outcomes.

· Driving robust quality assurance to meet and exceed awarding organisation requirements.

· Building and maintaining strong employer partnerships to support business growth.

· Creating an apprentice experience that’s engaging, challenging, and industry-relevant.

· Managing college platforms & reporting including OneFile, EBS to manage KPIs

You’re confident and inspirational with a passion for vocational training and a deep understanding of apprenticeships. You have the credibility to engage employers at all levels and the vision to drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and assessment. Organised and quality-focused, you thrive on planning and delivering results while motivating a diverse team to excel.

You’ll bring:

· Some experience in managing curriculum delivery and apprenticeship programmes.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop others.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with employers and stakeholders.

· A meticulous approach to quality assurance and compliance with awarding organisation standards.

· A commitment to delivering an outstanding apprentice experience and achieving exceptional outcomes.

· Knowledge of working with IMI and City & Guilds
