Summary
Home Buy Officer (Leasehold) needed in West London
The rate is £22.36ph PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: HAF-005401
The successful candidate will ensure the Right to Buy process is followed within the statutory timeframes and will administer sales process for alterations, lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, and freehold transfers.
They will maximise revenue collection and develop and maintain specialist knowledge around the role and minimise risk by ensuring operations run in a manner that is compliant and reflects latest developments in statute, case law and best practice
They will embed co-production through stakeholder engagement and continually innovate to improve the customer experience and will support and, where necessary, deputise for the Homebuy Team Leader.
