Summary
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: West Midlands, Worcestershire, Worcester
Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday
Primary Industry: Construction - commercial new build and refurbishment projects
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum

Company Branding: A Leading Construction business is looking for a Project Manager to join their West Midlands team, based out of their Worcestershire office.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Site / Project Manager on education and hospital projects up to £5 million. There are progression opportunities to Contracts Manager within 2 years due to expansion plans.
Job Duties:
• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish within the specified budget and time frame
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project
Required Qualifications:
• SMSTS certification
• CSCS certification
• First Aid certification
• Valid Driving Licence
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Site / Project Manager in the construction industry on education projects.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Proficient in project management software
Preferred Qualifications:
• Further certifications in project management
• Experience working on education and hospital projects
Working Conditions:
The role will involve working on construction sites and in office environments. Some travel may be required to visit different project locations.
