Summary
A stunning hotel in the North of England is looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead and drive this fully staffed team. You will be responsible for a stunning brasserie, functions weddings and afternoon tea and set in one of the most iconic parts of the UK.
This role is offering a more competitive salary with extra perks like paid overtime over 45 hours and if you work an extra day you will get paid time and a half.
YOU WILL NEED TO RELOCATE FOR THIS ROLE – LIVE IN AVAILABLE
Head Chef Snapshot:
• Exceptional above average salary – discussed on application

• 45 hour contract
• Straight shifts
• Paid overtime for all staff even Head Chef
• Time and a half Paid if you work a sixth day
• Covers of around 80
• Weddings 80 covers
• Fully staffed – 12 Chefs & 4 Kp’s.
There is plenty of live in accommodation where you wanted to live near the hotel or in the local town (driver required)
