As an Activities Coordinator, you will deliver high-quality services, including:

The Jubilee Swim Academy Swim School
Climbing, including, Learn to climb and children’s parties
Children’s activities during school vacations
Supporting the daily operation of our facilities in line with accredited safety standards
You will work closely with the Activities and Programme Manager to deliver engaging initiatives that inspire our community.

What we are looking for:

Experience of running a swim school
Experience in the fitness and leisure industry, specifically climbing
Proven ability to deliver fun and engaging sessions for children
A strong commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, helping us create initiatives that are welcoming to all – with a focus on our disabled, Living Black, women, and LGBTQIA+ communities
A First Aid qualification is essential (can be discussed during the interview).
You will be required to work a mix of hours, when the swim school is running, including evenings and weekends, across our Jubilee Sport and Recreation Centre, supporting our 7-day service. This role could be considered as a job share.

An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
